Cancellation & Return Policy
At TESSE India, we value clarity and transparency as much as we value your safety. Our event security services, security equipment rentals, and housekeeping solutions for events and exhibitions are carefully planned and deployed to meet specific client needs. This Cancellation & Return Policy outlines how changes, cancellations, or adjustments are handled to ensure fairness and smooth coordination for all parties involved.
1. Service Cancellations
We understand that event plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel your booking for security manpower, equipment rentals, or housekeeping services, please inform us as early as possible.
- • Cancellations made at least 7 working days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of any advance payments, after deducting nominal administrative charges.
- • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 working days before the event will be subject to a partial refund, considering the resources already allocated.
- • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may not qualify for a refund due to last-minute manpower and logistics commitments.
Our goal is to remain fair while respecting the operational costs of mobilizing trained security personnel and equipment.
2. Equipment Returns
For clients renting CCTV cameras, metal detectors, baggage scanners, Q-managers, or walkie-talkies, all equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Damaged, lost, or missing items may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
TESSE India conducts a quick inspection upon return to ensure a smooth handover process.
We take pride in maintaining high-quality security equipment so that every client receives reliable and well-maintained tools for their event.
3. Rescheduling of Services
If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, TESSE India will make every effort to accommodate the new dates based on availability. Any advance payment made will be adjusted toward the rescheduled booking.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Certain services, once deployed, cannot be reversed. For example:
- • Manpower already present on-site for partial hours of an event
- • Equipment installed and operational for part of the event duration
In such cases, no refunds can be processed since the service has already been utilized.
